A Celebration of Life has been planned for Charles (Chuck) R. Stepleton on Saturday, July 29, from 3-5 p.m., at the Clear Lake VFW.
Charles, age 75, of Clear Lake, passed away on April 11, 2023, at MercyOne, Mason City, surrounded by loved ones. Charles was born Oct. 1, 1947, in Mason City, Iowa.
