Zeke Nelson, a Clear Lake native, was named to the Central College men’s track and field team recently.
Nelson, a graduate of Clear Lake High School, and a State Track & Field meet participant, joins a Central Dutch team that returns 17 letterwinners from last year’s squad that finished fifth both indoors and outdoors in the American Rivers Conference Championships.
Nelson will specialize in hurdles for The Dutch.
Central has started its indoor season which culimnates with the American Rivers Conference Indoor Championships in Dubuque on February 23 and 24.
