Members of the Clear Lake Fire Department assisted the Iowa State Patrol at the scene of a semi-truck rollover along the southbound ramp from U.S. Highway 18 to Interstate 35 at approximately 11:05 a.m. Friday, Nov. 11. The ISP reports that Ronald Bohr, 67, of Riceville, Iowa was speeding and lost control of a 2007 Kenworthy semi truck, causing it to leave the road and overturn. Bohr had to be extricated from the vehicle by Clear Lake firefighters and was transported to MercyOne North Iowa by CLFD ambulance. His status was not available. The vehicle was described as totaled.
