The Clear Area Chamber of Commerce hosted the annual Color the Wind Kite Festival Saturday. The event brought thousands to town, causing traffic to be backed up all the way from Interstate 35 to downtown. Shuttle service from two locations helped to bring people to the lake, where they were able to enjoy a canopy of colorful kites filling the winter sky.
