“It is my goal is to see that each student has the opportunity to pursue their goals and dreams and to support them in planning their career paths and academic endeavors,” said Brenda Deal, the new Eagle Grove High School Counselor. “Additionally, it is my goal to support all students in the development of interpersonal skills and help build positive relationships in a supportive environment by addressing the social and emotional needs that are unique to each individual.”

Deal said she is excited to meet the students and staff as she begins her new position in Eagle Grove. She also wants them to know that she is ready to support any and all of them through the process of returning to school during these unprecedented times of COVID-19.
