The Eagle wrestling team took part in a 19-team tournament hosted by Perry last Saturday, with West Delaware (Manchester) the team champ with 295 points. They were followed in the top five by Logan-Magnolia with 200, Sergeant Bluff-Luton with 168, Dowling Catholic with 163 and Webster City with 142.5. The Eagles finished 16th as a team.
Kaden Pritchard (113) and Dustin Dawson (126) were the only two placewinners on the day. Kaden picked up a fall in 1:08 as his only win on the consolation side, while Dustin had wins by a fall in 2:54 and by an injury default on the consolation side.
