The 20-21 Lady Eagle basketball team finished with a 5-18 overall record, and they were 4-12 in the Top of Iowa West which placed them seventh. Bishop Garrigan won the division at 16-0, followed by West Hancock at 12-4 and Forest City at 11-5. Lea Friedl was an Honorable Mention All-Conference pick.

Olivia Andersen scored 10 points on 5 of 34 shots for an average of 0.4 ppg. Brooklyn Osborne scored eight points, Reece Ettinger six points and Emma Thul four points to complete the scoring column.
Ranked by field goal percentage, regardless of minutes played or points scored, the order would be: Ettinger 50 percent; Kaiser 42.9 percent; Friedl 40.3 percent; Steil 37.9 pecent; Thul 33.3 percent; Lyman 31.9 percent; H.
