It was blue skies and sunshine, and a little heat, that welcomed area golf-lovers to the Annual Eagle Grove Chamber Golf Outing on Friday, June 11, at the Eagle Grove Golf and Country Club. Chamber Director Sara Middleton was excited to have 21 teams participate in this year’s event after COVID forced them to take a one-year hiatus.
The teams began play at 10 a.m. and completed 18 holes by the end of the day. Taking home the overall winner title was the team consisting of Arends, Lee, Emick, Legvold, and Myott, PLC.
“We are thrilled at the participation of the 2021 Chamber Golf Outing. It was a great day and it was so good to see so many representatives of our business community enjoying the day and helping us make this event such a success,” said Middleton.
