Jerald A. Zatloukal, 77, of Sioux City, formerly of Eagle Grove, passed away on Thursday, June 24, 2021.
Cremation rites were accorded and a celebration of life will be held at a later date.
Meyer Brothers Colonial Chapel in Sioux City is in charge of arrangements.
