More details were released on Friday regarding the charges against a man apprehended by Eagle Grove Police following a high speed chase and a harrowing foot chase.
Gator Midnight Giffords, 35, of Des Moines, is now facing charges of Second and Third Degree Burglary, and Third Degree Criminal Mischief, stemming from a reported break in at the Links Golf Course in Webster City.
Among the items reported stolen which were recovered were approximately $600 worth of alcohol, $75 cash, several tools, items of clothing, keys to 15 golf carts, a computer, and the truck Giffords was driving. Damage was also reported to a putting green at the Links, and a door and frame.
