Of all their customers nation-wide, Martin Brothers Distributing, an Iowa based wholesale food and food service supplies company based in Cedar Falls, selected the kitchens of the Eagle Grove schools to highlight for their excellence in cleanliness this National Clean Week.
In a post to Facebook, Martin Brothers wrote, “The staff at Eagle Grove Community Schools in Eagle Grove, IA, does an excellent job at keeping both kitchens at the Middle school and the High School exceptionally clean!”
Said kitchen staff member Angie O’Donnell, who sent photos of the kitchen staff hard at work cleaning to Martin Brothers to share, “believe it or not, we deep clean every Friday to maintain equipment and expectations from a well kept kitchen.”
