Girls make valiant effort, but come up empty

The Eagle Grove Cross Country teams headed to Clear Lake last Thursday, September 15, for an evening meet held at Veterans Memorial Golf Club. And while the boys managed to crack into the top half of the field, the girls didn't even get on the scoreboard. Although not for a lack of effort.
