Improvements are coming to Eagle Grove's parks, and the Eagle Grove Fire Department will soon procure a new Breathing Air Compressor, both thanks to two extremely generous donations by AG Processing Inc (AGP).
“Boone Valley Cooperative Processing Association constructed the Eagle Grove soy plant 80 years ago in 1943," read a statement issued by AGP. "Forty years later, Boone Valley Cooperative Processing was the origin of a company that grew to 10 soybean processing plants and became recognized as Ag Processing Inc (AGP). AGP Eagle Grove continues to be the flagship plant for our company and we appreciate being a part of the City of Eagle Grove.”
The Eagle will be reporting on the plans for park improvements, and the arrival of the breathing compressor as future developments occur.
