Ribbon Cuttings at two already popular new local hotspots

This Sunday saw the official Chamber of Commerce ribbon cuttings for two relatively new local businesses, Bubble Cow Ice Cream Shop, and Pop's Pizza and Pub – which have already become quite the local hotspots.

Each has its own local claim to quick fame. Bubble Cow has brought back an ice cream and fast food service, complete with drive-thru, which Eagle Grove has been missing since the Twins Shoppe days. And Pop's saved the classic Jake's Pizza/B&S Station Med Bread recipe, a local favorite for decades!

For more information on each, see the Eagle's articles "New ice cream parlor offers sweets, sodas, and snacks on the moove!" (last week), and "Business is hoppin' and poppin' at Pop's!" (March 9th), in print or online at theeaglegroveeagle.com.
