Mike Boyd (left), Candidate for Mayor of Eagle Grove, and a former City Administrator (2009 – October 2016). Boyd is currently an Adjunct Professor at Buena Vista University in Fort Dodge, and a Substitute Teacher at the Eagle Grove Community School District. He has also worked in factory management roles for more than 20 years.
Sandy McGrath (right) Headshot.jpg: Sandy McGrath, the incumbent Mayor of Eagle Grove who is seeking re-election. She also served on the Eagle Grove city council from 2004 to 2014, prior to her election as Mayor. McGrath is also a Registered Nurse and the Public Health Administrator and Environment Health Administrator of Wright County Public Health. She has been a local business owner, as the former owner of Rails Bar & Grill. She has been an EMT, and currently volunteers as an Eagle Grove EMS driver, and has been a Registered Nurse since 1986.
