Eagle Grove student artist Jose Garcia created the poster “SOAR Into Your Future” during his Studio Art Class, and the administration of the Eagle Grove Community Schools district were so impressed with it that they’ve placed it on display in the School Board meeting room, at the EGCS district offices.
