Packages are a great deal for families and organizations

EAGLE GROVE, Iowa – The Wright County Fair Board has unveiled its sponsorship packages for the 2025 Wright County Fair and is seeking community support to build on last year’s record-breaking fundraising success.
After overcoming unexpected flooding in 2024, the fair saw sponsorships reach an all-time high, raising over $124,000. With financial challenges lingering, the board is calling on local businesses and individuals to continue their support. The 2025 fair, scheduled for July 8-13, will carry the theme “Home-Grown,” celebrating the county’s agricultural roots and community spirit.
“Last year was a character builder for all of us, and our sponsors played a crucial role in making the fair happen despite the challenges,” the board stated in a fundraising letter sent out recently. “We’re looking forward to another great fair and need your support to make it possible.”
The board has announced several grandstand events, including the Wright Rodeo, the NTPA Truck & Tractor Pull, a performance by hypnotist Jerry Frasier, and a concert. The lineup will also feature a free stage, a carnival with daily wristbands, livestock shows, food vendors, commercial exhibits, and a county-wide farmers market.
Sponsorship opportunities range from the $10,000 Grandstand Main Stage Sponsor package to the $100 Family Pack, offering various levels of advertising and promotional benefits. The Grandstand Main Stage Sponsor will receive a center-stage banner, multiple announcements, 50 grandstand buttons or 150 single-event tickets, and other perks. Lower-tier sponsors will still benefit from grandstand banners, ride ticket packs, carnival game vouchers, and newspaper recognition. Individual grandstand buttons (which get their wearers into most events for free) sell for $50 each; indicating what a great deal the sponsor packs are for families, and organizations.

$10,000 includes:
- A 4×6 Banner, center stage; 4 nights
- A 3×5 Banner on the Grandstand wall
- 50 buttons, or 150 single event tickets
- 24 ride ticket packs
- Multiple announcements as the Grandstand Main Stage Sponsor
- Newspaper advertising
- Webpage & Facebook advertising
- Signs posted around the fairgrounds
GRANDSTAND EVENT SPONSOR
$5,000 includes:
- A 3×5 Banner, center stage; 1 night selected
- A 3×5 Banner on the Grandstand wall
- 25 buttons OR 75 single event tickets
- 24 ride ticket packs
- Multiple announcements on the one night selected
- Newspaper advertising
- Webpage & Faceboook advertising
- Signs around the fairgrounds
PLATINUM CLUB
$2,500 includes:
- 50 Grandstand buttons
- 20 ride ticket packs
- 8 Carnival game vouchers
