TrustPoint, LLP, Certified Public Accountants and Consultants, released an audit report on Prairie Lakes Area Education Agency in Fort Dodge, Iowa.
FINANCIAL HIGHLIGHTS:
The Agency’s revenues totaled $28,731,812 for the year ended June 30, 2024 a 2.74% increase over the prior year. Expenses for the Agency operations for the year ended June 30, 2024 totaled $28,299,674, a 2.85% increase from the prior year. The increase in revenues is due primarily to an increase in local funding resulting from the sale of an Agency building and the increase in expenses is due primarily to additional student support services and facility improvements.
