EAGLE GROVE, Iowa — The next installment in a series of crowd-favorite charity bingo nights at Pop’s Pizza & Pub is set for Saturday, April 26 at 7:00 p.m., with proceeds going to support the Wright County Humane Society.
Dubbed “Pups & Pints,” the event promises an evening of food, fun, and fundraising. Guests can purchase bingo cards for $1 each or opt for a “big card” good for six games for $5. The event will also feature drinks, prizes, and even a special appearance by an adoptable pet.
Over the past two years Pop’s has become known for hosting these popular bingo nights, which routinely pack the house in support of local nonprofits and community causes. Each event offers a laid-back, lively atmosphere that draws a full house of locals for a reliably good time.
Attendees can enjoy the full Pop’s menu, featuring a wide variety of pizzas, sandwiches, entrees, salads, and the beloved Eagle Grove specialty, Med Bread. The kitchen stays open as late as 9 p.m. A full-service bar will also be available.
And, since the event coincides with the Eagle Grove High School Prom this year, it provides adults something to do while the teens are out on the town.
Pop’s Pizza & Pub is located at 316 W. Broadway in Eagle Grove. For more information, call 515-448-5072.
