On Tuesday, April 22, the EG girls track and field squad ran, jumped, and threw in the Cardinal Relays held at Garner-Hayfield-Ventura High School. Addy Jeske brought home another 1st place medal in the long jump and Taytum Edwards sprinted to silver in the open 200.
The girls scored 68 points as a team for 4th place out of the nine schools in Class A. Forest City (204) and Garner-Hayfield-Ventura (129) placed 1st and 2nd, and Clarion-Goldfield-Dows earned 6th with 65.
