Eagle Grove’s boys track and field team had their conference meet last week in Britt. On Thursday night, the purple and gold competed for area bragging rights against eight other Top of Iowa-West schools.
The boys compiled 48 points as a team for 7th place. Garner-Hayfield-Ventura took home team gold with 161 total points. Forest City placed 2nd with 145, followed by West Hancock’s 118.
