The Eagle Grove Chamber of Commerce is calling on community members and local businesses to step forward in support of this year’s Summerfest celebration, set for Saturday, June 14, in downtown Eagle Grove.
In a message sent to the community on Friday, Chamber Executive Director Brooke Hathaway encouraged residents and businesses to contribute to the event’s success by becoming sponsors, donors, or volunteers. “This highly anticipated event promises to bring together families, friends, and neighbors for a memorable experience featuring music and entertainment,” Hathaway wrote.
Summerfest has grown into a popular community staple, drawing crowds from across the region. It offers an opportunity for businesses to gain exposure while showing their support for the community. The Chamber is offering four sponsorship tiers, each with distinct benefits.
ALL ACCESS – Band Sponsor ($2,500): Two sponsor spots are available at this top tier. Sponsors receive all lower-level benefits, plus prominent recognition as the headline band sponsor, logo placement on all promotional materials, and VIP seating for up to 20 guests.
BREW CREW – Beer Garden Sponsor ($401-$1,000): Includes branding rights at the beer garden, logo placement on beer garden signage and promotional items, and acknowledgment in press coverage, along with Level 1 and 2 benefits.
LOCAL LEGEND – Level 2 Sponsor ($201-$400): Sponsors are included on marketing materials, the event website, and volunteer t-shirts. They are also acknowledged in the event program and offered a booth or display opportunity.
SUMMER SPIRIT – Level 1 Sponsor ($50-$200): Recognized in all official Summerfest communications as an event sponsor.
“Any amount you can donate, or the volunteering you can do, will be very much appreciated by the Summerfest committee and by Eagle Grove residents and visitors of all ages,” the Chamber stated.
