The Athlete of the Week for the week of June 2 is Pekin sophomore Henry Adam.
Adam had a busy, but productive week of play on the field.
Adam pitched in two games for the Panthers this past week. During that time he struck out 20 batters. He also allowed just seven hits and three runs to be scored against him.
Adam also had a hit in all four games that the Panthers played in. That included a home run and six total RBIs.
Adam had four singles and three doubles on the week as well.
