RICHLAND – At around 8:00 p.m. on Nov. 1, an explosion happened at the Panama Transfer Trucking Company in Richland. One person was killed in the explosion; their name has not yet been released by the Keokuk County Sheriff’s Department. There were no other injuries. The cause of the explosion is under investigation.
