SIGOURNEY – During the March 18 meeting of the Sigourney City Council, the council approved painting the water tower white, with a black and yellow logo. The council set the date of the public hearing on closing down part of North Street, so Helmuth Ford can expand, for May 6. City Clerk Ashley Fry gave Kiwanis permission to put a picnic table at the pavilion.
