This month’s Wright County 4-H Clover Kids theme was gifts from the heart. Members met last week and learned about generosity and proper measuring. Each Clover Kid made two valentine love bugs- one to keep and one to give. Kids and volunteers made 55 valentines for a nursing home in Belmond. Kids were very excited to give something to Grandpas and Grandmas in hopes it would bring a smile to their faces. Clover Kids enjoyed story time, snacks, and making a gift jar with ingredients to make homemade white chocolate chip oatmeal cookies.

“Sometimes the most meaningful gifts are those that are handmade and unique,” County Youth Coordinator Krystal Schnabel.
