Senior Nevan Foss has been named to the 3rd team all North Central Conference. Foss scored 277 total points on the season while nabbing 133 rebounds along with 42 assists and 22 steals for the 2022-2023 CGD Cowboys. Foss also received an honorable mention in KQ Radio's All Area Teams and Awards.
Academic All Conference honors went to Junior Caden Hankins, Junior Carson Nesheim, Junior Wyatt DeCoster, Junior Joshua Moore and Sophomore Bryce Lindman.
Additionally, CGD High School junior Carson Nesheim was chosen as a Guard for the KQ Radio All Area Second-Team, with a record for the 2022-23 season of: 14 PPG, 4.3 RPG, 1.8 APG, 1.9 SPG, 32.1% FG, 27.2% 3PT, 77.4% FT.
Nesheim was "a bright spot", wrote KQ radio sports director Quinn Douglas, leading the Cowboys in points and assists.
