Every year has been an exciting one for our local theater Iowa River Players but I believe there is something special about 25 years of productions.
We have started to rehearse our first play of the season, Pride and Prejudice. Jane Austen wrote the book more than 200 years ago, but the characters still seem like people we know. It is not a romantic comedy, but instead a realistic, satirical, and anti-sentimental comedy.
