The Clarion Library is pleased to host a Summer Reading Program for all ages.
According to The American Library Association, “Students who participated in the public library summer reading program scored higher on reading achievement tests at the beginning of the next school year than those students who did not participate and they gained in other ways as well.”
Clarion’s Summer Reading theme follows suit with most of Iowa Public Libraries, “Read, Renew, Repeat”. The library will host a special event every day during library hours from June through July.
