Carolyn Arlene Johnson, 69, of Waverly, Iowa, passed away January 13, 2025, at Bartels Lutheran Retirement Community in Waverly, Iowa.
Funeral mass will be at 10:30 am on Saturday, January 18, 2025, at St. Mary Catholic Church in Waverly, with Fr. Doug Wathier presiding. Visitation will start at 9:30 and there will be a Rosary at 10:00. Carolyn’s body will be cremated after the mass and inurnment will be in St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Sidewalk Advocates for Life, Marians of the Immaculate Conception or the Wounded Warrior Project.
