The Cowboys track and field team battled seven area schools at the Clear Lake Invitational on Tuesday, April 15.
As a team, the Cowboys finished 7th with 33 total points. Clear Lake won their home invitational with 202 points, followed by Algona (160) and Forest City (122).
The C-G-D sprint medley (4:15.32), 4×100 (47.51), shuttle hurdle (1:10.51), and 4×200 (1:40.65) teams all turned in fifth place performances in their respective relays.
