Scott Simmons of Clarion won the second top prize in the Iowa Lottery’s “Love To Win” scratch game. Simmons is the Clarion Recreation Director.
He purchased his winning ticket at Casey’s, 700 Superior St. in Webster City, and claimed his prize last Monday at the lottery’s Mason City regional office.
“Love To Win” is a $2 scratch game that features 10 top prizes of $15,000 and overall odds of 1 in 3.83. Players can enter nonwinning Love To Win tickets into the lottery’s Prize Zone promotion from now through 8:59 a.m. on March 2 for a chance to win one of 40 prizes of $250.
