According to a press release issued on Wednesday by the Wright County Sheriff's Office-
At approximately 6 pm on Friday, December 21, Humboldt County Sheriff’s Office took a report of a female subject missing from the City of Thor. The missing person was identified as 42-year-old Tonya Collins. Eagle Grove Police Department was notified by the Humboldt County Sheriff's Office that her last known location was in Eagle Grove.
A 2019 Nissan Rouge registered to Collins was located in a creek bed near 270th Street and Baxter Ave on the west edge of Eagle Grove. Ms. Collins was pronounced dead at the scene from her injuries sustained in the accident.
