Several Clarion-Goldfield-Dows students who have signed up for Student Council 2022-2023 recently attended a leadership training at North Polk High School. The workshop was called “Leadership Under Construction” and gave them ideas for Homecoming, building committees that meet students’ needs, and social emotional health for students. They also learned how to put together an evidence binder to share their leadership with others. Students who attended the training, front row, left to right, were Clarissa Hasty, Kenna Hasty, Emma State, Kennedy Trca, Harley Charlson, Belle Wharton. Back row: Isaac Watne, Porter Chase, Owen Tew, Jordyce Duncalf, and Advisor Tanja Jensen. Photo provided
