One Year of Impact with “Project.!”

March 9 officially marked one year of my feminine hygiene drive, Project.! I wanted to give you all an update on our impact and remind everyone that my drive is still going on.

You can donate products or cash if you would like. If you donate cash, I will buy the products myself and give you a copy of the receipt for your records. Going back, over the past year, I have proudly collected over $2,000 in cash donations. These products have gone out to help roughly 500 women in the surrounding areas. I package the products down to around 20 pads, liners, or tampons per package.

At each pantry, women are allowed to take one package, specifically at the First Lutheran Food Pantry in Clarion, where there are two pantries each month. Just at this location gives women around 40-period products a month to help make them more comfortable during their cycle. Our impact has been huge and an amazing help, but sadly looking at our economy right now that need is going to stay pretty consistent for the foreseeable future.

Please consider donating to such an overlooked cause. No amount is too small. Once again, thank you to all who have helped out and supported Project.! Not only have you impacted your community but you have affected me by giving me a sense of triumph. I am very proud to be the head of such an extraordinary aid in our community. Please feel free to reach out to me if you are interested in donating or just because– madisoningebritson@gmail.com.
