On April 15th at Gowrie Golf Course, CGD seniors Landen Kakacek, Carson Nesheim, and Colin Kirstein led the Cowboys in a closely contested meeting with the Jaguars of Southeast Valley. Two Jaguar golfers took 1st and 2nd place, but Kakacek was close behind with a score of 44. Nesheim and Kirstein each shot a 45 to tie for 4th.
Sophomore Tristan Kakacek scored a 49 to bring CGD’s team total to 183, but the Cowboys lost 183-182 in the non-conference dual. Caleb Seaba and JD Morrical shot 50 and 55, respectively.
