If you’re out and about in Clarion, you might notice some improvements at Gazebo Park. Chapman Painting, under direction from Clarion Parks & Recreation Board, recently completed painting the iconic gazebo, shelter, and stage at Gazebo Park. The wooden structures now sport a modern grey.
These improvements are being made ahead of Clarion’s Festival, formerly known as Festival in the Park. The planning committee for Festival is in search of volunteers to help in various areas during the weekend-long event. “We welcome volunteers of all ages and abilities! As a token of our appreciation, volunteers who dedicate at least 3 hours of their time will receive a free festival T-shirt,” read an online post from the group.
