Jay Richard Jackson, 48, passed away from cancer on Saturday, April 4, 2020, at the Iowa Specialty Hospital in Clarion.
A Memorial Service will be planned at a later date.
Jay was born on February 2, 1972 and grew up in Lake City, Iowa. He attended Central College in Pella where he graduated in 1994.
