Good-bye Big Bud!

Big Bud, the largest farm tractor in the world, finally rolled out of Clarion Monday afternoon. It was a complicated two-day process to remove some of his tires and get everything loaded on trucks, but with many helping hands, it was accomplished. The Heartland Museum had been home to the Big Bud 747 tractor for about 8 years.  It has always been a favorite attraction at the museum and, in the last several weeks, drew a record number of visitors to the museum, said Board of Directors President, Melody Lager. Big Bud is headed back home to Montana where his owners, the Williams Brothers, plan to put him to work. Photo by Bridget Shileny
