The complaint alleges that:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><em><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201cDefendant did knowingly disseminate or exhibit obscene material to a known minor under the age of 18.\u201d<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">An arrest warrant was issued on January 13, 2025, and served by the Wright County Sheriff\u2019s Office the same day.<\/span><\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_9659\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-9659\" style=\"width: 243px\" class=\"wp-caption alignleft\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-9659 \" src=\"https:\/\/midamerica.news\/wright-county-monitor\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/22\/2025\/01\/richardson-mug.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"243\" height=\"293\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-9659\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Richardson was released on his own recognizance, with a preliminary hearing scheduled for January 30.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Richardson made his initial court appearance on January 14, 2025, where he applied for court-appointed counsel. His request was denied after the court found him ineligible.
