SIGOURNEY – The annual Sigourney Car Show put on by KCED was held on July 12. The Best of Show award was won by Luke Vandewall, a plumber from Oskaloosa, for his 1968 Dodge Charger. Vandewall’s father purchased the Charger 25 years ago and finished it with his son three years later, with the father doing the paint and body and Luke installing the hellcat motor.
