SIGOURNEY – Dan Brubaker, the driver of the 2023 hayride accident that shook the community and seriously injured multiple children, is now out of prison. Brubaker, who was sentenced to 15 years in September, has appealed his sentence and is now out on bond. David Heady, who rode passenger during the hayride and was sentenced to ten years in October, has also appealed his sentence.
