In the story “Sigourney Mother Champions Proposed Child Abuse Law,” published in the Dec. 3 issue of the News-Review, the News-Review mistakenly stated that the father discussed in that article had hit his son with a rock in 2020. In reality, the father hit his partner’s father with a rock. The News-Review apologizes for any confusion this may have caused.
