FAIRFIELD – Louis Stanley Fitzner II, a 49-year-old tattoo artist from Ollie, was arrested on March 2 for a charge of Third Degree Sexual Abuse. According to the criminal complaint, on Feb. 10, a female victim went to Fitzner’s shop, Ink Therapy Studios to receive a tattoo on her left thigh from the defendant. While tattooing the victim, Fitzner allegedly engaged in nonconsensual sexual contact, according to court records. The victim reported Fitzner to the Fairfield Police Department. Fitzner is currently out on a $10,000 cash bond.
