The Lake Mills fifth and sixth grade band and choir groups put on a winter concert featuring a variety of holiday music on Friday, Dec. 19. The fifth grade band kicked things off with a performance of “Diary of a Grumpy Elf.”Donna Lair was a special guest for the fifth grade band’s performance at their winter concert, as she played the part of the grumpy elf.The fifth grade chorus ended their portion of the concert in Lake Mills with the song “Naughty or Nice?”The Lake Mills sixth grade band performed four pieces at the winter concert on December 19, including “Joy!,” “Midnight Sky,” “Ye Merry Gents,” and “Christmas Holiday March.”The Lake Mills sixth grade chorus played kazoos for the song “Have a Holly Jolly Christmas” at their winter concert.The trio of Navius Cory, Ella Sletten, and Breckynn Smith was featured during the song “Do You Hear What I Hear,” as the sixth chorus performed at their winter concert.
