Bargain hunters and treasure seekers from across Iowa are preparing for one of the state’s largest annual yard sale events: the 15th Annual Highway 3 Corridor 3-
County Yard Sale, taking place Thursday through Saturday, August 28–30, 2025. The expansive sale stretches across Wright, Franklin, and Butler counties, with Highway 3 serving as the central artery connecting a wide array of garage sales, sidewalk sales, and community-wide bargains.
Organizers urge residents and businesses to submit their listings by August 14 to be included in the official directory. Each listing costs $10, and no phone submissions will be accepted. Sellers can sign up by visiting designated locations in each participating community or submitting their information online via the Google form at https://forms.gle/fGUqU6RSf2QvED7Z9.
Businesses are also encouraged to participate by submitting sidewalk sales or promotional events to be included in the published sale listings.
